Hearth bread. Sourdough. Pain au levain. These crusty round loaves use only sourdough starter for leavening and take two days to make, resulting in a flavorful, chewy interior. The flour is 50% whole wheat, so this bread is nutritious and versatile enough for daily eating. 

Fancy Breads

When the situation calls for something a little more luxurious. The same natural leavening as the crusty loaves, but these long-proofed doughs are enriched with fats like dairy, eggs, and olive oil.

Sweets & Specials

Cookies, bars, buns, plus seasonal treats. While some items may use sourdough starter for depth of flavor, sweets and specials are leavened without the help of wild yeasts.
